Countdown to Camp!

Spring is on its way and it's time to start planning for the summer to come and discover a camp with flexible weekly enrollment, daily swimming, games and fun to keep those little brains active and hands busy over the summer. 

Each Friday of camp there is a themed celebration with games and activities for all Campers to enjoy with their new friends, with age specific engaging activities to build relationships and explore new skills, all taught by our highly qualified teachers and teaching assistants; ensuring those math and literacy skills stay sharp over the summer break

Dates: June 29th - July 24th (please note Friday July 3rd camp will be closed in observance of July 4th - fees will be pro-rated).

Age of Campers: 3-10 years old.

Fees: $790 per week for 1 – 3 weeks or $740 per week for all 4 weeks - Flexible weekly enrollment

Timing: 9am - 4pm (with Late Club option as below)

Late Club:

The BIS-NY Summer Camp Late Club provides care for your child between the hours of 4pm and 5:30pm. Late Club is charged at $30 / day, and you must be signed up for a weekly basis at a charge of $150.00, which will be billed to the address on your TADS account. (To register, please complete our online sign up form through the link below.)  Please note space is limited.

Sample Schedule

Additional Information:

  • All campers must be 3 and be toilet trained before the onset of camp.
  • All campers will be required to provide a NY Dept of Health medical form. These will be emailed to families as soon as they become available. 
  • Campers should bring their own nut-free lunch, although a healthy snack will be provided mid-morning.
  • As we're swimming daily, all campers will need to bring a swimsuit, towel, flip flops, swim cap, labelled water bottle and an extra change of clothes.
  • Campers are asked to dress in comfortable clothing and sneakers.


All campers will learn swim safety, strokes, and skills with trained swim coaches at the beautiful Waterside Pool. 


Even in the vacation there's a place for keeping those Math and English skills sharp with adventurous activities which reinforce areas of study such of math investigations, critical thinking, creative writing, and skill-based maths and literacy games.

Visual and performing arts

Music, Drama, and Art are incorporated in to the program throughout the week. Campers will have the opportunity to stretch and explore their creative abilities.

Science and technology

Campers will have the opportunity to explore concepts through observations and experiments on a variety of topics ranging from animal science to chemistry. This will alternate with Technology and will take place twice a week.


Classes will cover age-appropriate typing skills, presentation software, and other technological programs. Older campers will be introduced to  Coding. This will alternate days with Science and will take place twice a week.

Sports and Physical Education

Campers will engage in a variety of outdoor physical activities including team sports and track and field events. For our youngest campers these will take place on the school's Lower Playground. Sessions for older Campers will take place at Asser Levy Recreation Center, a short walk from the school premises.
